Job Summary
As a Drink Runner at Josie’s Ristorante, you will play a vital role in ensuring guests have a seamless dining experience. Your primary responsibility will be to deliver alcoholic beverages to the tables from the bar quickly and efficiently. Additionally, you will be responsible for taking orders serving beverages to guests who are waiting to be seated. You can expect a fast-paced environment where teamwork, communication, and a positive attitude are essential!
Job Responsibilities
- Deliver alcoholic beverages from the bar to customers’ tables in a timely manner.
- Ensure that each beverage is properly garnished and meets restaurant quality standards.
- Take cocktail orders from customers who are waiting for their table and serve.
- Maintain a clean and organized drink station, ensuring glasses, utensils and required supplies are stocked.
- Provide excellent customer service by being friendly and approachable to guests.
- Help maintain a clean and safe work environment by following food safety procedures.
Job Requirements
- Candidates must be 18 years of age or older; no exceptions.
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time and capable of carrying multiple drinks (with a serving tray).
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Prior experience in a customer service and food running role required (2 years).
