As we continue to set the pace for recruitment into Private Equity businesses in New York, we are looking for a Senior/Recruitment Consultant to join our New York permanent placements team!
You will need experience in managing a 360 desk including account management, recruiting and business development.

A little about the role:
In 2022 we had 1 expert recruiter building our New York business from the UK and now we are a team of 8 based in Midtown NY. The team is a real squad with inspirational leaders, high achievers and exceptional junior talent. They embody our passion for delivering a high-quality service and foster a supportive yet driven working culture. We will now look to build on our success as we become the “go-to” staffing firm for Executive Support roles in New York.
As Senior/Recruitment Consultant you will own a book of business, servicing reputable and exciting brands within Private Equity. You will get in front of candidates and clients creating lasting relationships that will be integral to your success. You will build your desk and will offer you all the support you need along the way.
