Duties
- Supervise and manage all on-site construction activities to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth operations.
- Utilize construction management software, including Procore, to track project progress and manage documentation.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and maintain a safe working environment for all personnel.
- Read and interpret blueprints to understand project specifications and requirements.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor work quality and adherence to project plans.
- Utilize Smartsheets for project scheduling and resource allocation.
