Responsibilities
- Support commercialization and integration efforts tied to recent acquisitions.
- Analyze market data to inform strategy, market intelligence, and marketing campaigns.
- Contribute industry content to marketing programs and support customer activation initiatives.
- Assist in managing the product portfolio, including New Product Introductions (NPI), regional extensions, and product rationalization.
- Contribute to portfolio segmentation and Golden Range enhancements aligned with regional goals.
- Collaborate on sustainability initiatives within the region.
- Work closely with Business Development Managers, Application Engineers, and Category Management to prepare and consolidate documents for Pre-ADP submissions using existing templates (e.g., SCP, PDP, MOC).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or Marketing/Market Strategy.
- 5 years of experience in Market Strategy, Business Development, Sales, or Engineering (preferred).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and act on data insights.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, as well as Adobe and Power BI.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective cross-functional collaboration.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment with a results-driven mindset.
