Join an exciting team as a Market Strategy & Application Specialist, where you'll play a key role in driving business success through strategic product portfolio support and data-driven decision-making. Responsibilities

Support commercialization and integration efforts tied to recent acquisitions.

Analyze market data to inform strategy, market intelligence, and marketing campaigns.

Contribute industry content to marketing programs and support customer activation initiatives.

Assist in managing the product portfolio, including New Product Introductions (NPI), regional extensions, and product rationalization.

Contribute to portfolio segmentation and Golden Range enhancements aligned with regional goals.

Collaborate on sustainability initiatives within the region.

Work closely with Business Development Managers, Application Engineers, and Category Management to prepare and consolidate documents for Pre-ADP submissions using existing templates (e.g., SCP, PDP, MOC).
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or Marketing/Market Strategy.

5 years of experience in Market Strategy, Business Development, Sales, or Engineering (preferred).

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and act on data insights.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, as well as Adobe and Power BI.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective cross-functional collaboration.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment with a results-driven mindset.
