Responsibilities
- Collaboration & Alignment: Work closely with the partnership and social impact teams to understand company's health equity strategy. Conduct in-depth working sessions with the team to identify core opportunities for social impact. Align on strategies, goals, and vision. Work closely with partnerships and social impact agencies.
- Program Development & Strategy Creation: Develop community-driven programs that ladder up to company's health equity strategy and our sponsors’ objectives. Speed to market will be imperative.
- Creative Program Design: Develop 3-5 signature program ideas for each key partner that drive meaningful impact in the community, can be scaled and replicated in multiple markets, and elevate company's visibility and partnership in the media.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Lead meetings to refine and align on the program.
- Execution & Operations: Oversee the execution and day-to-day operations of the program.
- Impact Measurement & Reporting: Define success metrics, assess program outcomes, and provide ongoing reporting to company and relevant stakeholders.
- 7-10 years experience required.
- Experience executing large-scale social impact programs, particularly in health equity or similar fields.
- Strong understanding of nonprofit organizations, particularly emerging or younger ones.
- Expertise in integrated communications, with a focus on partnership marketing, branding, and media relations.
- Excellent project management skills and the ability to drive initiatives from concept to execution.
- Proven ability to engage with multiple stakeholders, including corporate teams, nonprofits, and community groups.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with both company and its sponsors.
- Strong creative and strategic thinking skills, with an ability to translate objectives into actionable program ideas.
- Passion for social impact, equity, and community-driven initiatives.
