Recruiter
We are seeking a Full-Time Recruiter to join our growing team. This role is integral to scaling our organization, improving our hiring processes, and ensuring we attract and retain top talent. The ideal candidate will bring experience in full-cycle recruitment, a passion for process optimization, and expertise in topgrading methodologies to ensure quality hiring decisions.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop clear job descriptions.
- Proactively source candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networking.
- Manage the entire recruitment process, from initial screening through offer acceptance.
- Conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidate qualifications, culture fit, and potential for success.
- Implement and refine recruitment processes to enhance efficiency, candidate experience, and time-to-hire.
- Use topgrading methodologies to identify A-players and ensure high-quality hiring decisions.
- Collaborate with HR and hiring teams to review and optimize job postings, interview structures, and evaluation criteria.
- Provide an exceptional experience for all candidates, ensuring clear communication, timely feedback, and transparency.
- Act as an ambassador for our company culture and values during the hiring process.
- Track recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and candidate pipeline quality) and provide regular reports to leadership.
- Analyze trends to identify opportunities for improvement in the hiring process.
- Ensure a proactive pipeline of qualified candidates to support current and future staffing needs.
- Represent the company at networking events, job fairs, and industry conferences.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- 3–5 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment.
- Experience implementing or working with topgrading methodologies is a plus.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
- Strong ability to source and engage passive candidates.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze hiring metrics and optimize processes.
- Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities simultaneously.
- Capability to implement and abide by Knowledge Management standards and methodologies.
