We are seeking a Part-Time Financial Services Assistant to join our team and work on-site at our Buckhorn Community Office in Bloomsburg, PA.
The Part-Time Financial Services Assistant is responsible for performing a variety of duties to support the financial services function.
Essential Responsibilities
Coordinates specific work tasks with other personnel within the department as well as with other departments in order to ensure the smooth and efficient flow of information.
Hours: Monday-Friday, 30 hours per week, flexible to work additional hours as needed.

The Part-Time Financial Services Assistant is responsible for performing a variety of duties to support the financial services function.
Essential Responsibilities
- Greet customers in a pleasant manner.
- Receive and respond to phone calls and emails directed to the Financial Services office. Provide general information and maintain poise in response to difficult customers.
- Respond and/or gather information relating to issues, follow through to a satisfactory conclusion or escalate to staff for further action.
- If qualified as level 2, the selected candidate will provide quotes, reports, etc., pertinent to client needs.
- Maintain a document file of special projects and activities in progress for the office. Handle special projects as directed, coordinate work with other staff or clients, and prepare preliminary work on various future projects.
- Maintains an ongoing awareness of new business opportunities.
- A minimum of high school diploma or equivalent, with preference for advanced degree/training in a financial or related field of study.
- Minimum of three (3) years experience, in a customer-service related position is required.
- Proficient reading, writing and grammar skills; proficient math and PC skills; proficient excel spreadsheet, Word and Outlook knowledge; proficient inter-personal skills.
