WHAT WOULD YOU DO AS a Human Resources Generalist?As a Human Resources Generalist at Journey Group, you will be at the heart of our employee engagement and performance management initiatives. You'll serve as a trusted resource for both employees and management, fostering a positive workplace culture while addressing concerns and resolving conflicts.
With an assigned caseload of operating units, you will become deeply embedded within those teams, ensuring a harmonious work environment. Your responsibilities include conducting investigations, promoting workplace safety, coordinating employee recognition events, and administering essential programs. By staying updated on labor laws and providing valuable feedback from exit interviews, you will help drive continuous improvement and retention efforts.
