SUMMARY
This key role will oversee and manage all aspects of corporate development, including the formulation and execution of the company's acquisition strategy and the merger and acquisition (M&A) process, playing a crucial role in Journey Health System’s long-term strategic growth plan.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
- Master’s Degree, business related field preferred.
- 10 years of experience in the services industry, particularly in advising institutions on mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, restructurings, and affiliate transactions.
- Proven track record of advising on a significant number of M&A transactions.
- Strong background in behavioral health institutions.
- Experience focusing on the healthcare sector, including expertise in systems and regional growth strategies.
