Local growing Counseling Agency that is committed to providing top-quality service to our patients, are currently seeking an organized and motivated individual to join our team as a Part-Time Administrative Assistant. Job Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the team and management
- Answer phone calls and respond to all messages
- Schedule appointments and meetings
- Assist with data entry
- Verify Insurance of incoming patients (will train)
- Perform general office duties such as photocopying, faxing, and filing
- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s Degree preferred)
- 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Reliable and punctual
Work Schedule and Pay:
- Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 12:30 PM
- Pay rate $12-16 depending on Education and Experience
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $12.00 - $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 18 per week
Schedule:

- No nights
