**Job Summary:**
The Residential Supervisor oversees department managers to ensure adherence to policies and regulations. They train, mentor, and support staff to maintain person-centered practices and ensure safety for individuals in their homes and community.
**Responsibilities:**
- Ensure compliance with guidelines and policies in assigned programs.
- Supervise, train, and advocate for staff to improve the quality of life for individuals supported.
- Conduct regular visits and oversee medication management.
- Review and approve staff time/PTO, evaluations, and audits promptly.
- Promote community involvement and provide support with daily living activities.
- Maintain accurate documentation and confidentiality of information.
- Participate in team meetings and follow agency policies and procedures.
- Assist with House Manager/DSP duties as needed.
- Treat individuals supported with respect at all times.
**Qualifications:**
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 2 years of experience in supporting individuals with Intellectual Disabilities, 1 year in a supervisory role (preferred).
- Class D Driver license for the State of Tennessee.
- Current CPR/First Aid Certification.
**Required Skills:**
- High integrity and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to coach, train staff, and remain calm under pressure.
- Strong interpersonal skills and proficiency in Microsoft products.
- Attention to detail, analytical thinking, and planning abilities.
**Work Environment/Conditions:**
The position requires flexibility in hours, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and travel to events or meetings. On-call availability may be necessary.
**Other Requirements:**
- TB test within 30 days of employment.
- Clear background check including MVR.
- Ability to pass any required security clearance.
