Lead Nanny & Family Placement Specialist
Basic Function
The Lead Nanny and Family Placement Specialist is responsible for working in the field as a nanny for Jovie of Reno-Tahoe, generating leads, expanding Jovie's client base, and enhancing brand visibility through strategic outreach, content creation, and efficient administrative tasks. This role focuses on building relationships with current nanny staff, potential clients, engaging target audiences across multiple platforms, and supporting the overall marketing efforts of the organization.
Scope
The Lead Nanny and Family Placement Specialist is responsible for driving lead generation and expanding Jovie's client base through proactive outreach, targeted marketing, and efficient administrative support. This involves identifying and contacting potential clients via phone, in-person visits, and networking events, effectively showcasing Jovie's services and securing meetings. The Specialist will also manage Jovie's social media presence across multiple platforms, creating and scheduling engaging content tailored to different target audiences and optimizing for cross-posting. Furthermore, the Specialist will develop and execute email marketing campaigns using Constant Contact, leveraging provided content calendars and collaborating with the marketing team as needed. Finally, the Specialist will regularly identify and add unresponsive candidates and leads to Constant Contact for continued engagement. This role requires a self-starter with excellent communication and organizational skills, capable of working independently and managing time effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Nanny/On-Call Sitter in the Field (50%)
- Take both private family and Corporate BH Back-Up care reservations routinely to learn the business
- On-Call fill in for call outs to ensure placement families do not go without care
- Lead-sitter on event care: B2B, and Wedding Events in Twenty Mile House and Lake Tahoe wedding venues in California
- Lead Generation & Client Outreach (30%):
- Proactively identify and contact potential clients (B2B and B2C) through phone calls, pop-in visits, and networking at events and conferences. This includes a strong focus on developing B2B relationships with corporations, event planners, venues, and other relevant businesses.
- Utilize provided marketing materials (one-sheeters, etc.) to showcase Jovie's services and secure meetings.
- Develop and execute targeted outreach strategies for weddings, events, conferences, and other relevant opportunities.
- Build and maintain a database of potential B2B clients, tracking communication, progress, and needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions and pricing packages for B2B clients.
- Content Management (10%):
- Manage Jovie's social media presence across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn, following the content calendar provided by Jovie Development.
- Create and schedule engaging content targeted towards sitters, families, and businesses.
- Adapt and optimize content for cross-posting across different platforms.
- Constant Contact Emails (10%):
- Create and send bi-weekly email campaigns to target audiences, including client leads, current clients, and unresponsive candidates.
- Leverage the content calendar provided by Jovie Development for email content creation.
- Collaborate with the marketing team (as needed) to develop engaging email content.
- Regularly identify unresponsive candidates from the past week (Monday-Sunday). Add these candidates to Constant Contact using provided login credentials.
- Qualifications:
- Prior experience as a private nanny is desired.
- Ability to lead other sitters in B2B care event responsibilities
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or marketing, ideally with a focus on B2B sales.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and content management tools.
- Experience with Constant Contact or other email marketing platforms is a plus.
