Qualifications: 2 years of experience caring for infants/toddlers. Reliable and punctual. Open to feedback and adaptable to a collaborative care style. Vaccinated including up-to-date on flu and Covid. Comfortable working in a home where parents are present throughout the day.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–1:00 or 2:00 PM.

- Engage and play with the baby, ensuring safety while encouraging exploration and development.
- Assist with simple meal prep, including warming and preparing meals as directed.
- Support mom with light household tasks such as tidying the kitchen, washing baby dishes/bottles, organizing baby areas, and managing laundry.
- Involve the baby in everyday tasks (e.g., handing spoons from the dishwasher, helping with small chores).
- Follow the family's preferred approach to care and routines while being open to collaboration and feedback.
