Both parents work from home and love being hands-on with our baby throughout the day. We need someone who can seamlessly step in to help with childcare and household tasks, creating a smooth and supportive environment for our little one. A bit about you: You are a nurturing and dependable caregiver who enjoys engaging with young children and supporting parents in a team-oriented environment. You are comfortable with a role that blends childcare and household assistance, stepping in where needed while respecting the collaborative nature of this position. You bring energy, patience, and a love for reading and interactive play. You’re also coachable, open to receiving feedback, open to providing feedback to parents, and adaptable in your caregiving style.
Job Duties:
· Engage and play with the baby, ensuring safety while encouraging exploration and development.
· Assist with simple meal prep, including warming and preparing meals as directed.
· Support mom with light household tasks such as tidying the kitchen, washing baby dishes/bottles, organizing baby areas, and managing laundry.
· Involve the baby in everyday tasks (e.g., handing spoons from the dishwasher, helping with small chores).
· Follow the family's preferred approach to care and routines while being open to collaboration and feedback.

Qualifications: 2 years of experience caring for infants/toddlers. Reliable and punctual. Open to feedback and adaptable to a collaborative care style. Vaccinated, including up-to-date on flu and Covid. Comfortable working in a home where parents are present throughout the day.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–1:00 or 2:00 PM.
