50 - $20 / hr Schedules : Flexible after-school hours (2pm - 6pm or later) Community : Connection to a network of caregivers Families : Vetted and supportive families Management : Supportive team with ongoing training and professional development Benefits : Health insurance for full-time employees, with up to 100% of premiums covered by Jovie Paid vacation and sick leave No-cost telehealth program Tuition assistance What You Will be Doing : Age Range : Caring for school-age children (5-13 years) Activities : Engaging in age-appropriate games, crafts, and activities Safety : Ensuring the safety and well-being of children in your care Meals : Preparing meals and snacks during care Clean-Up : Performing clean-up of kitchen and play areas after use, with help from the kids! Diversity : Working with children from diverse backgrounds Who You Are : 2 years of proven childcare experience as a nanny, babysitter, teacher, or equivalent Excellent understanding of child development and age-appropriate activities Ability to create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to follow established routines and schedules Authorization to work in the United States Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation CPR and First Aid certification preferred, but not required Who We Are : We are Jovie!
