Job Summary: As our Founder, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our company's future. You'll lead the charge in raising funding, building and managing cross-functional teams, and driving business growth. Your creative approach, strategic thinking, and passion for innovation will propel us to success.
The person we are looking for is scrappy as hell and hungry to dominate outreach and build a huge book of business and scale this company, product and ad-tech.
Accelerators, investors and sales is the key to this position.
We invented the world's thinnest wireless charging sticker. This allows for omni-channel sales. From product sales, ad sales, retail, ecom, B2B event sales and military and disaster relief. You need to be able to thrive in a fast pace start up where you are incredibly autonomous.
Key Responsibilities:
Fundraising:
- Develop and execute a fundraising strategy to secure series A funding and beyond
- Build relationships with investors, VCs, and angel networks
- Craft compelling pitches, financial projections, and business plans
Department Leadership:
- Oversee and lead departments: Sales, Operations, Marketing, R&D, and Engineering
- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence
- Recruit, hire, and mentor top talent
Business Development:
- Define and execute our go-to-market strategy
- Establish strategic partnerships and collaborations
- Drive revenue growth through sales, licensing, and licensing agreements
Creative Approach:
- Think outside the box to develop innovative solutions and applications for our technology
- Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies
- Encourage experimentation, learning, and iteration across the team
Operational Excellence:
- Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial planning
- Ensure efficient operations, supply chain management, and logistics
- Implement scalable processes and systems
Talent Development:
- Build and lead a high-performing team
- Foster a culture of continuous learning, growth, and innovation
- Provide coaching, feedback, and development opportunities
Representation:
- Serve as the company's public face and spokesperson
- Network with industry leaders, investors, and media
- Represent the company at conferences, events, and trade shows
Requirements:
- Hungry ambition with a desire to be a C-Suite Founder of an innovative tech-forward company.
- Experience in battery tech, electronics, or related industries a plus
- Successful fundraising experience (Seed and beyond) is a plus
- Strong network of investors, VCs, and industry connections is a plus
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Strategic thinker with a creative approach to problem-solving
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive growth in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (MS or MBA a plus)
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Internship
Pay: $50,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
Supplemental Pay:
