Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Help Desk /Admin member. Heavy phone support with Tech knowledge

Duties

  • Respond to incoming help desk requests via phone, email, or ticketing system with great customer service
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues
  • Collaborate with other IT team members to escalate complex issues as needed.
  • Maintain knowledge of current technology trends and best practices in IT support.
  • Conduct follow-ups with users to ensure issues have been resolved satisfactorily.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a help desk or technical support role.
  • Proficiency in taking phone calls .
  • understanding of Windows and Mac OS operating systems.
  • Familiarity with computer hardware components and troubleshooting techniques.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
