Duties
- Respond to incoming help desk requests via phone, email, or ticketing system with great customer service
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues
- Collaborate with other IT team members to escalate complex issues as needed.
- Maintain knowledge of current technology trends and best practices in IT support.
- Conduct follow-ups with users to ensure issues have been resolved satisfactorily.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a help desk or technical support role.
- Proficiency in taking phone calls .
- understanding of Windows and Mac OS operating systems.
- Familiarity with computer hardware components and troubleshooting techniques.
