The Clinic Manager is in charge of assisting the Program Director with clinic internal operations, and programs staff. This position helps ensure that the program’s design and execution meet or exceed the State and Federal healthcare and education standards, while providing the best care and services to the children and their families/guardians alongside the Program Director.
Duties and Responsibilities:
· Assist the Programs Director with planning, developing, coordinating and supervising the delivery of services to children.
· Develop and supervise programs as assigned.
· Develop and report out measures and statistics for various programs to include, but not limited to, maximizing insurance billing, and clinic productivity
· Maximize program workflows including but not limited to, scheduling, mileage, EMR (Electronic Medical Records).
· Assist with various program development and performance improvement.
· Maintain and uphold the program to health and education standards and make sure that each staff person is working efficiently and effectively.
· Coordinate services with Part C subcontractors as necessary.
· Work with families of all socioeconomic levels, including outreach activities and care coordination for Medicaid and Medicaid eligible families.
· Act as supervisor for the Medicaid Administrative Claiming (MAC) program.
· Perform other related duties as assigned.
Supervisory Responsibility:
· Make programmatic and administrative recommendations to the Program Director in accordance with the organization's mission, goals and objectives.
· Collaborate with Program Director on professional development opportunities and training needs of clinical personnel and makes recommendations to the Program Director as needed.
· Medicaid Administrative Claiming Program Supervision

Education, Certifications and Position Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, or related field.
· 2-5 years of related experience, preferred.
· Experience working with a variety of agencies for children with developmental disabilities or delays preferred.
· Valid driver's license and vehicle with proof of insurance.
· T.B Test, proof of TDap Immunization, and Hepatitis B vaccinations.
· Washington State Department of Children, Youth and Families (DCYF) background clearance.
· DSHS Background Check clearance.
Environmental Factors:
· Ability to lift or carry up to 15 pounds regularly.
· Indoors, sedentary up to 7 hours/day sitting or standing and up to 7 hours/day keyboarding.
· Ability to bend, twist, stoop on a regular basis.
