Specialty practice is seeking experienced dependable part-time receptionist/office assistant. The position requires multi-tasking, and a patient priority mind-set. The reliable individual will answer phones, schedule appointments, take messages, collect payments, maintain patient accounts, and keeping office neat and clean. Must have great communication skills and some computer skills.
Specific schedule will go something like this - 1 Evening (4:30-8:00) a week, All Day Friday (8:30-4:00), and 1 Saturday a month (8:30-2:00).
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in computer skills and office software.
- Experience in clerical and administrative roles

- Ability to manage appointment book and perform data entry

Expected hours: 10.50 – 16.00 per week
Schedule:
- 4 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Weekends as needed
