What You’ll Do:
- Be the Friendly Voice: Answer and direct phone calls with a smile, creating a great first impression for our clients.
- Stay Organized: Help organize projects, tasks, and schedules to keep everything running seamlessly.
- Daily Dispatching: Coordinate and dispatch our skilled technicians to support our B2B clients.
- Support the Team: Work closely with our IT Service Director on administrative tasks and assist other team members as needed.
