Position Summary:
As a Roofing Sales Representative, you'll be at the forefront of our growth efforts, driving sales and establishing lasting relationships with homeowners in need of roofing solutions. Your role will encompass canvassing, networking, conducting inspections, and closing deals, playing a vital part in our mission to deliver top-notch service and exceed customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage in door-to-door appointment setting and in-home sales consultations with homeowners requiring roof repairs or replacements.
Perform roof inspections and assessments to identify repair or replacement needs.
Collaborate with insurance adjusters, homeowners, and internal teams to ensure seamless project coordination.
Utilize networking strategies, including participation in business networking groups, to generate leads and expand the client base.
Present and negotiate proposals, ensuring clarity and transparency throughout the sales process.
Provide ongoing support and communication to clients, from initial consultation to project completion.
Requirements:
A driven and self-motivated attitude, with a strong work ethic aimed at achieving significant results and income.
Comfortable working outdoors and on your feet all day, often in varying weather conditions.

Compensation and Benefits:
Base Salary: $35,000 - $45,000 per year.
Commission: 3-6% commission on signed contracts, focused around Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). With the average roof costing about $13,000 and sales representatives completing 4-8 projects per month, earning potential is substantial. Notably, high-performing representatives have the potential to sell 10-15 or even 20 roofs in a month, reflecting their strategic approach and drive.
