We’re seeking a Human Resource Generalist in our Moses Lake, WA location that is looking for the opportunity to be part of our innovative and exciting products.
As a Human Resource Generalist, you will provide administrative support of the daily human resources operations including, but not limited to, typing, filing, photocopying, scanning documents, record keeping, processing paperwork, conduct new employee orientations, track and maintain contracted staff roster, perform other duties as assigned. Accuracy is extremely important in this position.
Professional individual with good interpersonal skills, customer service orientated, effective communication skills. Confidentiality is required. PC & clerical experience required. Experience with Microsoft Office (Word & Excel), HR experience/recruiting preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Employee relations issues and policy questions
- Recruiting, interviewing, and selecting employees to fill vacant positions.
- Benefit administration

Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
