JP Carroll Roofing is a growing residential roofing business! We are in an exciting, startup-like environment and are looking to bring on a top tier production manager with experience in the home services business to build out, manage and grow our Production and Project Management team, oversee jobs, and ensure our customers have 5 star experiences.
The role requires a strong understanding of roofing production process, customer needs, and relationship building both with our contractors and customers - as well reporting and production staff management. The Production Manager is responsible for the most important part of our brand - which is the work getting done to our brands and customers expectations. The ideal candidate will have experience within the roofing industry, and can act as a subject matter expert.
You will be:
- Ensuring all crews arrive to jobs on time, and execute the jobs in a seamless, timely and efficient manner
- Be the subject matter expert on roofing, and be able to step in if complex issues come about
- Manage a team of Project Managers and hold them accountable for their KPI’s
- Ensuring jobs are done in a cost effective manner, tracking job costing and progress in our project management software and CRM
- Hiring/maintain/assessing talent of subcontract labor to assist with our labor needs.
- Ensure all customer engagements are top tier leaving the customer feeling cared for during and after their job is complete
- Provide full visibility to executive leaders on performance, issues, and opportunities

Requirements:
- An expert in roofing.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in production management or similar role.
- Experience leading a team of sales professionals.
- Experience with CRM software.
- Ability to work with multiple departments and vendors simultaneously.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work both independently and within a team.
- Ability to communicate well both verbally and in writing.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Ability to work weekends and nights as needed.
Salary : $75,000 - $95,000
