Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
- Provide accurate information about products and services to customers

- Follow call center scripts and guidelines to ensure consistency and quality of customer interactions

Skills:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong phone etiquette and the ability to handle difficult or irate customers with professionalism
- Proficiency in data entry and navigating computer systems
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions

- Multilingual skills in languages other than English and Spanish are a plus
