What are the responsibilities and job description for the Shipping and Receiving Clerk position at JP Lamborn Co Inc?
SCHEDULE MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY 6 : 00AM to 2 : 30PM
General Responsibilities
- This position is responsible for pulling and checking off finished goods being loaded on trucks, containers and / or stock transfers. This position is also responsible for pulling finished goods and loading customer trucks for will call and maintaining the finished good warehouse.
- Essential Duties
- Responsible for the accuracy of all out bound shipments including pulling correct product, administering load paperwork and ensuring that orders are being filled in a timely and efficient manner
- Must be able to operate an industrial forklift
- Capable of reading, understanding and following all shipping documents
- Maintain finished goods warehouse ensuring product is properly stored in correct location
- Maintain good communication between all departments to assure overall quality and customer satisfaction
- All other duties as assigned by the Plant Operations Manager
