Passenger Van Driver - Part-Time

Our Total Recycle Division, located in Birdsboro, PA is currently searching for a Part-Time Passenger Van Driver due to growth! 

Shift & Hours:

• Part-Time Split-Shift: Monday - Friday
• 5:00AM to 7:15AM and 1:00PM to 3:15PM

What You Will Do:

• Drive a passenger van for transporting workers to and from work, for local errands, deliveries and pickups 
• Operates the vehicles in accordance with all local, state and federal DOT regulations, observing all traffic laws and safety regulations
•  Maintain any related records required, i.e. driver’s log, route sheets, work orders, special request work, etc.
•  Clean vehicle daily to ensure the vehicle meets company expectations to include inside the cab, driver’s area, and passenger areas
•  Performs daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections as outlined in the pre and post trip vehicle condition report
• Report any maintenance issues on the vehicle condition report and reports it immediately to the supervisor or operations manager

You Have:

•  A valid PA Driver’s License, and a clean driving history
• Must meet all required DOT physical and medical requirements and pass a substance abuse screening. As a safety sensitive employee, may be subject to random substance abuse screening under DOT or company policy
•  Ability to effectively deal with customers and co-workers
• Requires a high degree of attention and considerable dexterity in the control of the vehicle for passenger safety and to prevent damage to vehicle, equipment, or surrounding items
•  Ability to sit for long periods. Able to bend, stoop, and climb into and out of the vehicle and body unassisted
