Call Center Representative / Dispatch / Customer Service Agent
Location: Buchanan, NY (On-Site)
Pay Range: Starting at $21/hr (depending on experience)

Most importantly, the Call Center Representative must be reliable, take ownership of your role and responsibilities, and be someone the team can count on.
Responsibilities of the Call Center Representative:
- Answer inbound customer calls in a fast-paced call center environment.
- Empathize & understand customer's urgent need for service.
- Create Tickets and Schedule the customer's appointment.
- Answer customer questions and provide basic service information.
- Communicate with customers via chat or email.
- Participate in administrative tasks, communication, and coordination with internal departments.
- Be prepared to complete other duties delegated on an as-needed basis.
- No Pest Control Experience Needed- We will train you!
