About Our Client
Our client is a well-established multi-service law firm with decades of experience providing top-tier legal services. Their Palm Beach Gardens office is seeking a dedicated Real Estate Paralegal to support attorneys in handling a variety of commercial and residential real estate transactions.
Note: This position requires employees to be on-site five days a week at the Palm Beach Gardens, FL office.
Job Description:
- Support attorneys with all aspects of real estate transactions, including commercial and residential closings
- Review titles, surveys, and prepare necessary documentation for real estate transactions
- Coordinate buy/sell and loan transactions from inception to closing
- Communicate directly with title underwriters to prepare title commitments and clear title requirements
- Draft closing documents, entity resolutions, and closing statements
- Prepare lease summaries and assist with entity documentation
- Manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet strict deadlines
- Maintain organized schedules and ensure attorneys meet all deadlines
Qualifications:
- Associate's degree in Paralegal Studies or related field; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Paralegal certificate preferred
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a real estate paralegal in a law firm
- Proficiency in real estate software (e.g., ClosingVU, Qualia), Microsoft Office Suite, and document management systems
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently
- Knowledge of Florida real estate law and court e-filing processes
