Job Title : Senior Wealth Manager
Must-Have : 10 years of investment advisory experience, actively advised book of business, certified Investment Adviser Representative (Series 65, Series 7 66, or equivalent), strong ownership mindset in a tech-driven wealth management environment, ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting with multiple priorities, and enthusiasm for Fintech and technology-driven client experiences.
Nice-to-Have : Experience at a technology-focused company, BS / MS in an analytical or technical field, managing clients with $1M in assets, expertise in financial planning (tax, estate planning, stock options), proficiency in financial planning software, and strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
Location : Dallas, TX (Texas-based candidates only)
Compensation : Competitive, based on Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) model (50%-75% depending on ARR); flexibility for candidates with $100M in assets.
Employment Type : 1099 or W2 model available (includes access to group rates for benefits and a marketing budget).
Must-Have Qualifications

Existing book of business that is actively advised today.
