A tobacco processing facility in Oxford, North Carolina is seeking to fill the position of Utility Person. The position will be full-time, seasonal on 1st shift. Our season normally lasts from mid-March through November. The pay rate for this position is $13.00/hr.
Job Purpose Statement Responsible for collecting product from the floor and placing into appropriate containers; also responsible for relieving pickers.

- Adhere to company policies, safety procedures and good housekeeping practices
- Sweep tobacco material from the floor
- Transport product
- Clear jams from equipment
- Keep equipment brushed off and clean
- Provide relief for pickers for breaks
- Record keeping as required
- Other duties may be assigned
