Responsibilities: Operations
- Manage and continually work to improve CRM and other technical systems
- Lead on all job related communications:
- Job confirmations with foremen and clients
- Point person with clients throughout job process
- Liaison with sales and COI team(s)
- Update HR worker database and review time off requests
- Documentation creation and updates
- Special Projects as directed
Responsibilities: Dispatch
- Crew scheduling and truck assignment
- Job issue resolution; communicate concerning unforeseen job challenges
- Delays/Latestnesses
- Job scope changes
- Damages
- Claims management
- Scheduling bin/truck/supply drop-offs and picks up outside of main jobs
- Maintain bin count spreadsheet and calendar
Responsibilities: Sales
- Customer claim followup
- Back up to Sale Team - job leads, and reviewing, and booking jobs; phones
- Proactive client engagement and sale success communications
- Strict adherence to all inbox, sales policies/practice
Requirements: Professional Experience:
- MUSTS:
- CRM experience, systems proficiency. Aptitude in: Google Suite; Excel
- Sales and customer success experience
- Claims and/or customer resolution experience
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Experience working with white collar and VIP clients
- PLUSES
- Management experience 3 years
- A BA/BS or higher degree in business, sales, or related field[s]
- Moving industry or related expertise
- Bilingual verbal and written competency - English/Spanish
- Local to NYC

- Salary: $60-70K
- Quarterly performance based incentives

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
