The Role

Join our team for a 10-week summer internship and immerse yourself in the world of healthcare marketing and communication. This program offers a unique opportunity to work alongside industry experts and gain practical experience in a fast-paced agency setting. As an intern, you will contribute to real projects, develop your skills, and explore various aspects of healthcare marketing and communication.

Our internships offer a hybrid schedule, reporting to our Boston or Philadelphia offices 2 days per week and working remotely 3 days per week.

The Responsibilities

• Assist in developing creative content across various platforms. This may involve writing, editing, graphic design, video production, and other creative mediums such as slide decks.
• Assist with copywriting and design tasks, including creating social media graphics, presentations, and other visual assets.
• Support Content Creation: Help in creating or editing multimedia elements, such as social posts, internal announcements, graphic design, video/audio clips.
• Manage video and photo libraries and ensure proper organization and accessibility.
• Assist with administrative tasks as needed, including scheduling, event planning, and managing content calendars.
• Work collaboratively with members of all departments including project management and account teams.
• Gain exposure to internal and external client interactions.
  
  

About You

Our ideal candidate must have:

• Rising junior or senior pursuing a bachelor’s degree, or a Graduate student pursuing a degree, in Art, Graphic Design, Creative Writing, Copywriting, or a related field.
• Familiarity with software such as: Microsoft suite, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, InDesign, Articulate 360, Rise, Figma and / or Canva.
• Ability to follow design guidelines and brand standards
• Strong eye for layout, color, and typography
• Ability to generate creative ideas and bring them to life through various mediums.
• A genuine interest in helping people live healthier lives, and a desire to learn and grow in this area.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering clear and precise work are critical.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
