The Role
JPA Health is looking for a motivated, resourceful and analytical professional to join its Investor Relations (IR) practice group as an Investor Relations Analyst. The Analyst will play an important role in collaborating with management teams at leading life sciences companies and internally at JPA to deliver sophisticated IR solutions that bring clarity to complexity.
The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated track record of project management and problem-solving capabilities, enabling readiness to contribute from the beginning. The ideal candidate will also have a keen ability to translate innovative ideas, data-driven insights and client priorities into solutions-oriented written communications and quantitative outputs. In addition to possessing a passion for helping life sciences companies deliver innovation and value, the ideal candidate will demonstrate an eagerness to tackle new challenges, own the end-to-end execution of investor relations tactics, have strong attention to detail, and remain flexible in a dynamic, collaborative environment.
This position is a hybrid role reporting to JPA's Philadelphia or DC office twice per week.

The Responsibilities
- Partner with the IR team to support end-to-end execution of IR Strategies for life sciences clients.
- Prepare investor-facing materials, including earnings materials, press releases, corporate presentations, website content and Q&A documents
- Craft compelling key messages for clients that resonate with investors and the broader financial community
- Provide logistical support around client engagement, quarterly earnings, 1x1 meetings, roadshows and conference presentations
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and investor sentiment to provide insights to senior leadership
- Assist in conducting financial analysis, investor targeting and benchmarking against industry peers
Our ideal candidate must have:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, economics or related field
- 1- 3 years of experience in investor relations, communications, investment banking, management consulting or a related industry
- Ability to create and tailor the full suite of IR written communications and quantitative analyses to support client needs, including press releases, outreach materials, earnings materials, financial benchmarking, investor targeting and social media
- Knowledge of financial markets, SEC regulations, public company reporting requirements and clinical trial processes
- Experience supporting company-sponsored events, including calls, investor events, and financial communications.
- Experience leveraging and extracting insights from various financial and communications tools.
- Excellent organizational capabilities, including the ability to work independently and in teams, attention to detail and time management
- Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communications skills with the ability to present to senior leadership teams
- Ability to take initiative, manage multiple tasks, and work both independently and as a team
- Willingness to adapt to meet dynamic business needs that may change or evolve
- Desire for career growth in life sciences investor relations
- FactSet experience and strong Excel skills are highly desired.
- Biotech/life sciences experience is highly desired

The anticipated starting pay for this role is between $60,000 and $75,000 annually, based on a variety of factors including but not limited to experience, qualifications, and location. You may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses. We review compensation annually and evaluate readiness for promotions every quarter.
