The Role
JPA Health is seeking a detail-oriented and resourceful Talent Sourcer with deep industry knowledge of pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, and PR/advertising agencies to join our Talent Acquisition team on a freelance basis.
This position is remote.
The Responsibilities
- Candidate Sourcing:
- Identify and engage top talent in the Life Sciences sector, focusing on roles in pharma, biotech, and healthcare communications.
- Utilize sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, job boards, and professional networks.
- Pipeline Management:
- Maintain a strong talent pipeline aligned with client needs, ensuring diversity and inclusion in candidate pools.
- Track and update candidate activity and status in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Candidate Screening:
- Conduct initial outreach and pre-screening to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and interest.
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Manager to present qualified candidates for consideration.
- Coordination Support:
- Assist with updates, scheduling, and administrative tasks related to recruitment
Our ideal candidate must have:
- 2 years of experience in recruiting, sourcing, or talent acquisition.
- Industry knowledge and experience in pharma, biotech, and PR/advertising agencies is required.
- Strong sourcing and networking abilities with proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and ATS systems.
- Understanding of the talent landscape in pharmaceuticals and biotechnology, including agency-side roles in marketing, PR, and advertising.
- Awareness of diverse recruitment strategies and inclusive hiring practices.
- Greenhouse experience is a plus!
