Roofing Production Manager
We are looking for an extraordinary Roofing Production Manager to join our top-notch family-oriented company that has been serving the KC area for over 13 years. You will need to be a problem solver and overcoming obstacles in the moment. Our goal is to ensure that our customers expectations are meet. We strive to provide efficient and productive process that meets customer requirements and company standards.

* Bi-lingual (Spanish-English) is REQUIRED.*

Responsibilities

• Work with other managers to complete objectives
• Confirm vendor costs and subcontractor invoices
• Organize workflow to meet company policy and deadlines
• Monitor production to resolve issues
• Be ok with face to face interaction with homeowners
• In-office and outside interaction will be required
• Be able to maintain several projects at the same time throughout the week
• Supervise and evaluate performance of production personnel (quality inspectors, workers etc.)
• Determine amount of necessary resources (workforce, raw materials etc.)
• Work closely with inside sales to ensure smooth project flow
• Ensure output meets quality standards
• Enforce safety precautions
• Report to upper management
• Knowledge of city code municipalities
• Pulling city permits

Skills

• Proven experience in Roofing Production
• Deep knowledge of production management
• Experience in reporting on key production metrics
• Proficient in MS Office and Excel software
• Outstanding communication ability
• Excellent organizational and leaderships skills
• Attention to detail
• Strong decision-making skills and a results-driven approach
• Fast paced
• Must be outgoing

Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
