JPC Partners is looking for a Vice President of IT Operations that will lead, oversee and ensure the efficient and effective delivery of IT services. This role will lead a team of engineers, administrators, software developers, analysts, DBA's, managers and directors to provide high-quality technology solutions and services that align with business goals and create a positive end user experience.

- Provide hands-on leadership and oversight for IT operations, ensuring the reliability, security, performance, and scalability of core technology platforms, including infrastructure, software, enterprise systems, data management, and IT service management. Align technology solutions with business goals to drive efficiency and user satisfaction.
- Engage with end users to analyze feedback, establish satisfaction metrics, and implement strategies to enhance service delivery. Partner with Security Operations and IT Risk teams to ensure compliance with security, privacy, and regulatory standards, while fostering a security-conscious culture.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess IT effectiveness, providing regular reports to senior leadership and identifying solutions to enhance reliability and security. Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing IT team, fostering collaboration and professional growth.
- Manage IT budgets, optimize resource use, and oversee vendor relationships to ensure cost-effective solutions. Partner with project management teams to deliver technology projects on time and within budget. Communicate complex technology solutions to executives and business leaders, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT management role
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Strong customer service drive to ensure user satisfaction and address issues promptly
- Ability to collaborate with executive leadership, think strategically and execute tactically
- Proven experience building and managing:
- Localized infrastructure, WAN, virtualization technologies, cloud services, infrastructure as a service, datacenter operations. DR/BC a must
- Enterprise data management and data integration solutions
- End user computing environments
- Enterprise applications supporting key business functions such as finance and marketing
- Experience managing international data security and privacy frameworks and standards including ISO27001, SOC, HIPAA, GDPR, etc. CISSP certification preferred
- Familiarity with software development processes and development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum)
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. A Master's degree is strongly preferred
