Merchant Services is a leading provider of payment, fraud and data security for companies, capable of authorizing transactions across global currencies.Job DescriptionWe are looking for smart, dynamic talent to join the High Net Worth (HNW) Card Marketing team, focusing on driving growth and delivering on the product vision for our HNW client segment and the J.P. Morgan Reserve card portfolio. This role will be responsible for overseeing our card product customer acquisition / distribution strategies, working in close partnership with cross-functional stakeholders, including Brand, Travel, and Wealth Management teams.Job ResponsibilitiesDevelop cross-channel acquisition strategies, informed by customer research, competitive insights, and analytics in partnership with Brand, Wealth Management, Travel, and Marketing stakeholdersCollaborate with marketing and communications partners and Card acquisition & customer marketing centers of excellence on portfolio campaign planning, deployment, and effectivenessOversee creative development and execution across customer acquisition direct (e.g. email, digital, direct mail) and sales-assisted (e.g. client management) channels in partnership with cross-functional stakeholdersMaintain regulatory, legal and controls requirements and ensure necessary disclosures remain up to date and in complianceLead cross functional working teams in order to deliver on our customer acquisition roadmap and journey enhancementsServe as a client advocate and thought leader for the HNW client segment, leading and influencing cross-functional teams to consider HNW client needs in development of relevant strategies & customer touchpoints, including direct to customer communications and events and experiencesQualifications : 6 years of proven product marketing, acquisition and / or customer, and leadership experience; with a particular focus in credit cards, financial services, and / or HNW-oriented productsProactive, strategic, and results driven with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple complex initiatives and deliverables at the same timeStrong understanding of the HNW client profile and relevant client journeys in order to execute relevant marketing, communications, and acquisition / customer strategiesOutstanding relationship management skills and ability to influence and drive recommendations within a highly matrixed Company structureSupport / maintain external agencies, as neededStrategic thinker with a passion for creativity and innovation, while ensuring focus on detail and executionExcellent written and verbal communication skills across varying seniority levels internally and externallyExcel in building executive level presentationsEffective in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environmentBS degree or equivalent experience required
