Join our team as a Vice President within Small Business Payments (SMB), where you'll play a pivotal role in coordinating the day-to-day financial operations of the business as well as engaging in long-term strategic financial planning.
As a Corporate Finance Vice President within the Commercial & Investment Bank, you will support the Small Business Merchant Services franchise by managing monthly close, the annual budgeting process, and various ad-hoc strategic analysis. Your role will involve partnering with leaders across the Small Business Payments business and will demand strong communication, relationship building, and analytical skills.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and run assigned budgeting processes end-to-end
- Create and analyze business cases, P&L reports, and variance analysis
- Provide a high level of responsiveness to executive ad-hoc requests related to business analysis
- Leverage Alteryx, SQL, and Excel to organize and analyze large data sets
- Communicate effectively with key business partners to understand projects and drive next steps
- Project manage and deliver key work streams and tasks
- Participate in collaborative initiatives with team members and global managers, looking for ways to continually simplify, improve, and add value to existing business processes
Required Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities
- 6 years experience in corporate finance or FP&A
- Proven experience delivering timely analysis with an attention to detail required
- Excellent communication, storytelling, organization, and project management skills
- Self-motivated, tenacious, and able to work with high degree of independence
Preferred Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities
- Prior experience working within a payments organization is a plus.
