Job Summary: As a Regulatory Reporting Manager, you will manage the JPMorgan Securities LLC Escheatment Department, utilizing proprietary systems and industry-standard vendor applications to report and remit abandoned property across various lines of business and product types. You will serve as a critical intermediary between senior-level internal and external stakeholders, coordinating large-scale operational efficiencies and collaborating with senior managers to develop new reporting processes and compliance programs.

Job Responsibilities:
- Manage the process of reporting and remitting abandoned property across various lines of business and product types.
- Act as an intermediary between multiple internal and external stakeholders, fostering critical relationships.
- Coordinate the large-scale remittance of various product types to multiple states under tight, regulatory-driven deadlines.
- Utilize proprietary and industry data management tools to identify automation opportunities.
- Take on challenging projects, promote process streamlining, and cultivate career development of direct and matrix reports.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the integrity, accuracy, and consistency of data used for reporting purposes.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Ability to analyze complex and ambiguous issues to recommend creative solutions.
- Must obtain Series 99 within 180 days.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with an emphasis on risk mitigation and efficiency.
- Ability to synthesize information to formulate a concise message for management.
- Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to foster a collaborative, positive work environment with stakeholders and peers.
- Demonstrable track record of improving processes, meeting goals, and handling competing priorities with diverse stakeholders.
- High level of proficiency using Microsoft Office products (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
- Data and analytical experience (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP) required.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Proven ability to manage complex projects and drive process improvements.
- 5 years of prior experience in the financial services industry, preferably in operations. Management experience is a plus.
- Familiarity with automation, data analysis, and data visualization tools is a plus (e.g., UiPath, Alteryx, Tableau, SAS).
- Escheatment experience is highly preferred.
