As an Experience Design Senior Associate within the Portfolio Management & Data Insights team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience of our products by leveraging your knowledge of User Experience Design principles. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, developers, stakeholders, and product you will create innovative, inclusive, and accessible solutions that cater to a diverse range of users in Risk Management & Compliance. As a core contributor of our team, you will have a significant impact by aligning user needs with business goals and creating data dashboards, reports, and tools that are served internally.
Job Responsibilities
- Conduct user research and create detailed user personas, user workflows, information architecture and journey maps to inform design decisions.
- Articulate design decisions to stakeholders, developers and educate them about Design Thinking and best practices of User Experience.
- Design elegant solutions to specific interaction problems ensuring consistency across multiple products and platforms.
- Work collaboratively with diverse teams to integrate inclusive design and accessibility through continuously iterating and incorporating user feedback.
- Assist in the data-driven analyses, user research studies, and user behavior analyses to inform design decisions and contribute to the team's strategic thinking.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in UI design, visual design, and data visualization.
