As a Trading Services Associate within Market Operations, you will be at the forefront of managing and capturing trading transactions with precision. Your role is crucial in ensuring the accuracy and completeness of our trading activities, which directly impacts our firm's success. You will collaborate with various operations and infrastructure groups, fostering a one-team approach to achieve our goals. Job Responsibilities
- Capture all transactions accurately in the Risk Management Systems.
- Complete intraday and end-of-day processes, ensuring reconciliation checks are performed.
- Collaborate with operations and infrastructure groups to support a unified team approach.
- Perform and sign off on all controls diligently and timely.
- Communicate clearly with support teams for efficient query resolution.
- Contribute to strategic initiatives and process improvements.
- Build an in-depth understanding of trading structures from financial and operational perspectives.
- Proficiency in derivatives and hedging products (e.g., Interest Rate Swaps, FX, OIS).
- Knowledge of front-to-back operations processes, including confirmations and settlements.
- Understanding of infrastructure groups' key elements (Finance, Market Risk, etc.).
- Strong communication skills for collaborative work and effective challenge.
- Attention to detail and a strong sense of ownership.
- Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills.
