Business Development Representative – Forestry Equipment

About the Role
We are seeking a Business Development Representative to drive sales of Ensign and Woodsman Pro forestry attachments, including grapples,Felling Head and Tree Prossesing attachments. This is a remote position based in Tennessee, requiring regular travel to engage with customers, conduct product demonstrations, and represent our company at industry events.
The ideal candidate has experience in forestry equipment sales, a strong understanding of the industry, and the ability to develop relationships with contractors, dealers, and end users.
Key Responsibilities
-Develop and Expand Sales – Build relationships with logging contractors, land-clearing companies, and equipment dealers across Tennessee and surrounding states.
-On-Site Product Demonstrations – Travel to customer locations, job sites, and trade shows to provide hands-on demonstrations and product insights.
-Dealer and Customer Support – Work closely with equipment dealers, providing training, technical support, and product knowledge.
-Industry Engagement – Attend forestry expos, trade shows, and industry events to network and generate new business opportunities.
-Sales Strategy Execution – Collaborate with company leadership to develop and implement strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
Qualifications and Experience
Sales experience in forestry, heavy equipment, or related industries (preferred but not required).
Strong knowledge of forestry attachments and equipment (excavators,Logging,Forestry).
Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to work independently.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage effectively with contractors, dealers, and equipment operators.
Ability and willingness to travel frequently throughout Tennessee and surrounding states.
