This independent, regional healthcare system, located in one of Minnesota's most affluent suburbs, is seeking to add another BE/BC Gastroenterologist to help keep up with patient demand.
Position Details
" Join a team of three experienced gastroenterologists and two APPs in their busy practice
" Fast ramp-up time; Group is currently booking 3 months out - incoming provider expected to outperform base salary within first 6 months
" Procedure-heavy practice - only two half days of clinic per week
" Maximize your time in the endo suite by having dedicated RN's and APP's help run your clinic
" Epic EMR
" Robust hospitalist and ED provider group
Compensation And Benefits
" Highly competitive $800k base salary guarantee plus production bonuses
" Demonstrated proven earning potential of $1MM
" $30k signing and relocation package
" $6,500 annual CME stipend, student loan repayment eligibility, and 36 days PTO
" Comprehensive health/dental/vision, 401k with 10% match, malpractice with tail, and more
