Role and Responsibilities:
- Monthly Financial Statements
- Bank Reconciliations
- Work in Progress Schedules
- Miscellaneous Journal Entries
- Manage all aspects of Assets including acquisitions, dispositions, depreciation, and tracking.
- Perform related work as required by Controller
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is a plus
- Strong organization, communication, and people skills
- Proficient in Excel
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with accounting systems and software (Viewpoint Construction Software)
- Knowledge of cost accounting as it relates to the construction industry
