We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Janitor to join our team. Responsibilities
- Perform routine cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming in assigned areas.
- Maintain cleanliness in restrooms, break rooms, and common areas by restocking supplies and ensuring sanitary conditions.
- Handle custodial tasks including trash removal and recycling efforts to promote a clean environment.
- Assist with facilities maintenance tasks as required to ensure the upkeep of the building.
- Respond promptly to cleaning requests from staff or management to address urgent cleaning needs.
- Monitor cleaning supplies inventory and report when reordering is necessary.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards while performing all cleaning duties.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning or custodial services is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with industrial cleaning techniques and equipment is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
- Good physical stamina; ability to lift up to 20 pounds and stand for extended periods.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
