We are actively recruiting for a detail-oriented Program Analyst (Planner/Scheduler) to develop and maintain an Integrated Master Schedule for the construction/equipment installation period on a Navy Project. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring project timelines are met, resources are optimized, and stakeholders are well-informed on schedule status and impacts.
As the Program Analyst (Planner/Scheduler), you will...
- Create, update, and maintain the Integrated Master Schedules for multiple projects
- Ensure alignment of the Integrated Master Schedule with project milestones, deliverables, and project sub-schedules
- Collaborate with various project departments and external company stakeholders to gather daily schedule inputs to ensure accurate and comprehensive scheduling
- Communicate complex schedule information effectively to diverse audiences
- Assess and report the impacts of delays, design, resource, and configuration changes on the overall project schedule
- Regularly brief project managers and other stakeholders on schedule status, updates, and critical path.
- Proactively identify schedule risks and develop mitigation strategies
What you bring to the table...
- A bachelor's degree or 4 years of relevant experience
- Experience with multi-site operations, general practices and key stakeholders
- Have and maintain a government security clearance at the Secret level
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and scheduling/project software such as Microsoft Project, Trello, Smartsheet, Asana, Jira, KIDASA Milestones Professional, One Pager Professional, etc.
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate the impacts of changes and dependencies within project schedules
- Ability to synthesize inputs from multiple sources into cohesive and accurate schedules
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present technical data to diverse audiences and collaborate across departments.
- Adaptability to respond to shifting priorities and provide schedule updates at a moment’s notice
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills to manage complex scheduling and administrative tasks
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to anticipate challenges and propose effective solutions

- Familiarity with Navy scheduling/planning processes and/or Integrated Master Schedules
- Experience in scheduling/planning roles
