What are the responsibilities and job description for the Overnight Residential Counselor position at JRI?
We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to come join our overnight direct care team at Berkshire Meadows! Berkshire Meadows is a residential facility for children and adults with severe intellectual disabilities and complex medical needs.
Salary : $21 / hr
Sign-on Bonus : We are offering a $3,000 sign on bonus ($1,000 paid at time of hire, $1,000 paid after 3months of employment and another $1,000 paid after 6 months).
Referral Bonus : You will receive $1,000 for every full-time employee and $500 for every part-time employee you refer.

Due to the nature of our work and the youth who are depending on us, there are times where overtime may be mandated.
