Compensation
The part-time position offers a competitive salary and a $2,000 bilingual bonus for new hires who speak a second language other than English. We also offer reimbursement for employees to cover the registration costs and annual fees for any professional license required for work such as LMHC, LCSW, LICSW, RN, and more.
Responsibilities
The Relief Residential Counselor will provide direct supervision of students within our group home while maintaining the safety and security procedures as outlined by agency and program policy and procedures. The counselor will also lead by example and role model for all staff and students appropriate professional behavior within a group home setting.
Qualifications
- Experience in a group home, residential program, or mental health facility preferred
- Able to lead by example and role model for all staff and students appropriate professional behavior within a group home setting
- Ability to handle special projects as assigned by the Administrative Team
