Headquartered in New York City with offices in New Jersey, California, and Florida, JRM delivers the highest quality services to clients that include City, State & Federal Agencies, Fortune 500 corporations, respected property owners & developers, major law firms, media & tech firms, leading luxury retailers, renowned hospitality groups, life sciences & healthcare organizations, and financial services firms. JRM knows that dedicated, accomplished employees are the heart of any successful enterprise. We are focused on maintaining a diverse, inclusive, and authentic workplace and are always looking to add passionate personnel to our teams across the US.

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and innovative professional to manage and optimize our Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS). This role will focus on configuring, integrating, and continuously improving HR platforms such as UKG Pro and WFM, Greenhouse, Assembly, Culture Amp, and Lattice to streamline HR workflows, ensure compliance with HR policies, and enhance the overall employee experience. The ideal candidate will work closely with HR, IT, and development teams to gather requirements and ensure technical solutions align with business needs.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Configure HRIS fields to capture critical compliance data, performance metrics, and employee lifecycle events.
  • Document and manage HR system processes to ensure adherence to regulatory and organizational standards, integrating compliance data across HR platforms for audit readiness.
  • Map and document HR workflows - from recruitment and onboarding through performance management and employee engagement to offboarding.
  • Identify key process phases and ensure seamless transitions, enhancing overall efficiency and effectiveness in HR operations.
  • Drive system and process enhancements across HR platforms, managing configuration changes and updates.
  • Revise training materials and update documentation as needed, ensuring all system improvements are effectively communicated to stakeholders.
  • Lead post-implementation reviews and lessons learned sessions to continually refine processes.
  • Develop and oversee user acceptance testing (UAT) scenarios for HR system configurations and integrations.
  • Record test results, document issues, and collaborate with technical teams to ensure robust system performance and data accuracy.
  • Deliver training sessions, workshops, and webinars to facilitate user onboarding and system adoption.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive training materials such as user guides, quick reference cards, FAQs, and tutorial videos, and offer ongoing support through Q&A forums.
  • Design and develop custom reports and dashboards to monitor HR key performance indicators (KPIs) such as time-to-hire, employee retention, engagement, and performance metrics.
  • Use data visualization tools and built-in reporting features to provide actionable insights for HR decision-making, while ensuring the accuracy and quality of HR data.
  • Facilitate business needs assessments through surveys, workshops, and stakeholder interviews.
  • Develop detailed Business Requirements Documents (BRD) that capture configuration, reporting, and integration needs, ensuring thorough stakeholder validation and clear communication with development teams.
  • Define data structures and standardized templates for HR data across platforms.
  • Collaborate with developers to structure requirements for API integrations and SQL data queries. While not directly developing code, you will ensure technical solutions are clearly documented and aligned with business requirements.
  • Coordinate with IT and external vendors to map data flows between HR systems and other applications (e.g., payroll, ERP, analytics), and ensure robust data security and privacy controls.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience working with HRIS platforms such as UKG Pro and WFM, Greenhouse, Assembly, Culture Amp, and Lattice.
  • Strong understanding of HR workflows, compliance requirements, and industry standards.
  • Demonstrated expertise in systems configuration, process optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with developers, possessing a solid understanding of API structures and SQL fundamentals to effectively translate business needs into technical requirements.
  • Excellent communication, training, and documentation skills, with the ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders.
  • Experience in facilitating user acceptance testing (UAT) and managing issue resolution.
  • Proficiency with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and HR analytics.
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with both remote and on-site engagements.
